Pentagon is a full service security company with an emphasis on providing professional security personnel. We are licensed by New York State, bonded, and fully insured. All our security officers complete pre-employement background checks and meet all requirements needed to be licensed by New York State as security guards. They also receive pre-employement and annual in-service training to maintain their skills. Pentagon has experienced supervisors, many with law-enforcement backgrounds. Supervisors are available to respond to our clients’ needs on a twenty-four hour, seven day a week basis. In an industry where companies come and go, Pentagon is supported by a veteran organization with over twenty years experience in the security field. Pentagon is confident that it will exceed your expectations regarding any needs you may have for security guard services.
Mr. Brennan has been essential in all aspects of management since the company’s founding in 2004. He had previously been in a management position with another company before jointly deciding to establish Pentagon Protection & Investigations with his business partner and sister, Crystal Brennan. His experience and knowledge of the industry has been invaluable in furthering the goals of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
Ms. Brennan has been in a leadership role since 2004 and has been integral in progressing all aspects of Pentagon. She earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. She also holds certificates specific to Crime Analysis and Criminal Profiling. Whether it be transforming employee procedures or handling client related issues, she has always been up to any task. Her expertise and commitment will continue to effect the safety and security that our patrons have become reliant on.
Starting as a supervisor in 2004, Mr. Craparo has risen through the ranks by taking what he had learned and applying it in every aspect of the security business. He is responsible for the training of all staff and has written many of the training procedures himself. He also keeps close relations with all onsite personnel and clients. His determination and continued forward thinking are what keep Pentagon as a superior security service.
